Career & Hiring Process

   

                                       

Welcome to Infante Security & Protection  Career & Academy page. We have jobs:  part-time & full time, with off duty details. This is a serious & professional  Security Company. Our guide for demeanor is based, on Para-military & Police standards.

                             Our  hiring  Requirements  are: 

1- Must  be  at  least  18   years  of  age .

2- Have a current security class D license, (D & G is better).    

3- Bilingual  ( 2nd language could be: Spanish, Creole, French or Portuguese ).                                                                                                                            

4- Obtain a Police Criminal Record at any Police Station

5- Make a copy of your Florida Driver License & social security card & get a passport photo.  

6- Be  in  good  health  &  physical  shape. 

7- Pass all of our requirements in our application.

8- Be  mentally  fit and sound to pass a psychological evaluation. 

9- Be ready to pass a drug screening test.         

10- Pass an oral interview.  

11- Have a reliable transportation & valid driver license.

12- Pass  our  on-site training.   Then,…………..  welcome to our team         

 

After you meet all of our requirements, mentioned ahead, you will be called & advised to pick up all the equipment, & company ID. When everything is checked, you will be given the post address & schedule. Once there, you will receive on site training. And:

  

                            Career and benefits     

 

1-Probation will start until 3 months. Once you complete probation, as F/T officer, you will receive a wage increase.

2-Paid vacation starts counting once you are off probation, accumulating hours, per bi-weekly check . Amount of hours will be increased on the second year.

3-You will get another wage increase, in your anniversary date, with your satisfactory evaluations.                                               

4-Medical insurance, paid by employer, when you are off probation.

5-Life Insurance, paid by employer, when you are off probation.                                                                                                                                                si

6-Legal Insurance, available through employer, when you are off probation.  

7-Paid holidays, paid immediately.     

8-Cellular time for related activities , paid immediately  for supervisors.

9-Off duty details & especial events are available.  

10-Supervisory positions will be available, based on:  motivation, seniority, need & professionalism of the Security Officer.
